Visa
Invitation letters for the visa application will be issued to all participants, whose payment has been confirmed, with the information details provided during registration. This is a process that can take several weeks.
If you book a flight with different dates from those of the school, please contact us immediately. The visa will be issued with the dates stated in the invitation letter.
Flights
It is recommend to arrive to Moscow no later than Sunday the 25th of August and to depart on Saturday the 7th of September the earliest.
